I enjoyed the central location of Sunworld Hotel Wangfujing, as it made exploring the city easy, especially with great food markets and shopping nearby. The breakfast offered a nice variety, but I found the room cleanliness left a bit to be desired. Additionally, interactions with the front desk staff were frustrating and unhelpful at times, which marred my overall experience.

My stay at Sunworld Hotel Wangfujing was enjoyable overall. The location is fantastic, placing me right in the heart of Beijing's vibrant shopping and cultural scene. However, the language barrier made communication a bit challenging at times, which could be frustrating. The room itself was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant retreat after a busy day exploring.

During my stay at Sunworld Hotel Wangfujing, I appreciated the awesome location—just a short walk to the subway and popular shopping areas like Wangfujing. However, the rooms felt a bit small and dated, and while the amenities were decent, the beds were way too hard for my liking. Overall, the hotel has its pros and cons, but the central location is a significant advantage.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was clean but somewhat outdated and small. The bed was uncomfortably hard, and the carpet could use replacement. While the amenities included daily complimentary water, I did miss having a cold fridge since it turns off when you leave the key out.
Service

The reception staff were generally helpful, but the language barrier made some interactions challenging. I had issues with the room key initially, but they worked to resolve it. Also, the breakfast service had issues with cold food and limited seating for guests.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic, being in the center of Beijing and close to key sites like the Forbidden City and various eateries. I loved how easily I could navigate to the subway and shopping streets.

I found the breakfast buffet to be quite pricey compared to dining options nearby, and while there were decent choices, the food was often lukewarm. I opted not to eat at the hotel, given the available options outside.
Facilities

The hotel offers basic facilities, including a gym and sauna, which I didn’t use. I appreciated the housekeeping as they were honest about a forgotten item I left behind.

However, the service left a lot to be desired, with rude staff and language barriers. The room itself was dated and in need of refurbishment, which was disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed the central location but was frustrated by the service and room condition.
